Join Our Room Block

Once you register for Artera Heartbeat’24, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to book your hotel at the discounted rate we have secured ($299 plus taxes and fees). You will need to book your room by August 20, 2024 to take advantage of the discounted rate.

Airport

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is the primary airport for attendees flying to Artera Heartbeat’24. The airport is located 8 miles from the JW Marriott Austin.

Ground Transportation (Airport to Hotel)

There are a variety of options for transportation from the Austin airport to the JW Marriott (e.g., taxi, Uber, Lyft, etc.) Please plan to arrange your own transportation to the hotel. On average, transportation from the airport to the hotel is approximately $25 – $50.
